    Silk Screen standard; optional Spot Color Transfer and 4CP Transfer standard production time is approximately 7-10 days. (No rush available.) Please note: All Spot Color Transfers and 4CP Transfers must be ordered in quantities of 100 pieces (min order of 100 pieces). Optional embroidery available for a fee. Embroidery standard production time is approximately 7 business days for catalog quantities, up to 7,500 stitches per piece, one location only. Orders above catalog quantities, over 7,500 stitches or multi-location imprints must be quoted by the factory based on capacity, minimum of 10 days. (No rush available. See General Info for more details and additional charges.) Note embroidery orders may ship from a location other than that listed on the web please request updated freight quote for embroidery orders to ensure accurate fees and time in transit.

    Art Requirements

    Adobe Illustrator vector EPS artwork with all fonts converted to path, curves or outlines. If you cannot provide this file type we can fix your artwork for you. Simple art fixes start at $12.00. For standard production time orders you do not need to submit an art file for a text only imprint; use the special instructions box on the order form. For rush orders we must have an art file, even if it's only a text imprint.

How to calculate imprint costs

A set-up charge is applied for every color and location imprint. A run charge is applied for every additional color and side after the first color on the first side.

Need a PMS Color Match

Stock imprint colors can be found on the Item Details tab. Should you require a specific color match that is not a stock color, you may incur a fee. Fees can be found on the Fees & Charges tab. If there is a charge, you will incur this charge for every PMS color match. 100% exact match cannot be guaranteed. If you need a PMS match, select the color "PMS Match" from the imprint color(s) drop-down box below. Note your PMS color(s) in the special instructions box.
