Jetline's exclusive GameTime! sports bags are available in 8 patented sports shapes with the same durability and reliability of the classic drawstring bag. Football lacing stock art comes pre-printed on the front of each bag. Add your logo or message for an exciting and professional giveaway or promotion. Made of 210D Polyester and features grommeted adjustable soft black Nylon shoulder strap doubles as drawstring closure. Recommended weight tolerance: 6.5 lbs.     Art Requirements

    Camera ready artwork with 300 dpi resolution or higher. File format: Adobe Illustrator (.eps or .ai). No placed images & all fonts and paths must be converted to outlines. If you have questions about your artwork or logo you can email it to us for review. If you are unable to provide usable artwork, we offer a service to fix your art for a minimal fee. Basic art fixes start at $12.00. This may add 1-2 business day to your order. Please email us your artwork for a quote. For a text-only imprint you do not need artwork. Use the special instructions box on the order form. You must use one of the factories stock fonts: Apple Chancery, Arial, Bookman, Brush Script, Calibri, Comic Sans, Eurostile, Futura, Garamond, Helvetica, Impact, Mistral, Optima, Palatino, Tekton and Times New Roman.

    Other Possible Charges

    Re-Order Set-Up Charge: $30.00 per color/location (no changes to artwork). Re-order set-up charge applies  to orders for the current year and one year previous.

    Emailed art proof: we provide your first emailed art proof at no charge. Layout changes requested by customer will be charged at $10.00 per proof starting from second proof. 

    PMS Color Match Charge: $40.00. If you require your imprint to be done in a non-stock color you will incur this charge. Exact matches cannot be guaranteed. You will incur this charge every time you re-order. Please specify your PMS color(s) in the special instructions box on the check-out page.

    Ink Change Charge: $25.00

    SHIPPING

    Drop/Split Shipment: $10.00 per additional location.

    Handling Charge: $3.25 per box handling fee is applied to billed freight charges, including orders shipping on 3rd party accounts.

    International Customers: we will ship to Canada or the United Kingdom if the customer can provide a UPS or Fed Ex shipper account for 3rd party billing. The customer is soley responsible for duties/taxes/brokerage fees. Buy Promos, LLC cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders.

    FREE 24 HOUR RUSH IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS PRODUCT WITH THE FOLLOWING PARAMETERS:

    (1)  Order & usable artwork must be submitted by 1 PM EST. (2) One-color/one-location (side) Imprint only. (3) We do not provide an emailed art proof for customer approval on rush orders. Your order will go straight to production and ship the following business day. (4) Artwork must be submitted in Adobe Illustrator vector format (.eps or .ai) with all fonts converted to outlines. Your artwork will be printed as provided. We cannot edit your artwork in any way on a rush order. (5) If any issues arise and we are unable to contact you or resolve the issue we will not proceed with your rush order request. (6) Orders received after 10 AM EST may ship two business days after order date. If you do not need a rush order we highly encourage you to opt for standard production time. This will allow you the opportunity to review and approve an art proof prior to production.

How to calculate imprint costs

A set-up charge is applied for every color and location imprint. A run charge is applied for every additional color and side after the first color on the first side.

Stock imprint colors can be found on the Item Details tab. Should you require a specific color match that is not a stock color, you may incur a fee. Fees can be found on the Fees & Charges tab. If there is a charge, you will incur this charge for every PMS color match. 100% exact match cannot be guaranteed. If you need a PMS match, select the color "PMS Match" from the imprint color(s) drop-down box below. Note your PMS color(s) in the special instructions box.
