Art Requirements: Camera ready artwork 300 dpi resolution or higher. File format: Adobe Illustrator (.eps). No placed images & all text must be converted to outlines. If unable to provide, $10.00 charge will apply for art dept. to fix your artwork. For a text-only imprint you do not need to submit artwork. Use the special instructions box on the order form.

Delivery Time: We will make every effort to ensure that your order ships on time. However, we are not responsible for delays in production, shipment, or delivery due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Setup Charge: $50.00 per color/location; Re-Orders $25.00

Additional Imprint Charge: Bags: add $0.35 additional color; add $0.50 additional side; Non-Bag Items: add $0.35 additional color/location.

Other Charges: Over/Under Runs: for quality control purposes all orders are subject to a 5-10% over/under run. Customer will be charged for quantity shipped.
